Dark Hunter Kuro (also known in Japan as 闇狩紅狼 , meaning "Dark Hunting Crimson Wolf") is a single-player 2D action game for PC. It artfully combines elements of action, visual novel, and role-playing game, delivering an intense and unique gameplay experience. The game's story follows Tachio, an ordinary office worker who is suddenly transported to a dark fantasy world overrun by sinister creatures known as "Yamimon" (or "Yamimon"). Upon his arrival, he is attacked but is rescued by Kuro, a beautiful dark hunter with fiery red hair and a striking figure. However, salvation is not as simple as it seems. Tachio finds himself fused with Kuro's combat suit, known as the "Gear," and becomes an integral part of her power. Players do not fight as a warrior but as Kuro's very own combat system, using her abilities to battle through hordes of monsters while searching for a way back home.
